ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNERS: Candidates should have excellent leadership skills and possess a strong passion for design, have lead design experience in multiple medium to large size residential, commercial and/or public projects, with 6-10 years’ experience designing and managing projects from concept through construction.  They should have a good knowledge of building codes, structures, systems and project type standards.  SketchUp, ACAD and Revit experience is required.  Strong presentation and client interaction skills is a must.

 

PROJECT MANAGERS: Candidates should demonstrate leadership and strong communication skills to deliver exceptional projects on time and on budget, have the ability to manage multiple projects through all phases of design and construction, while overseeing design and production work.  They should be able to communicate and coordinate project consultants, vendors, AHJs and clients, with 7+ years of relevant Architecture experience.  Working knowledge of Revit and ACAD.  Extensive knowledge of building codes, systems and project type standards.

 

DESIGN ASSOCIATES: Candidates shall be ambitious and creative with a passionate for design. You’ll be responsible for a full range of architectural skills including site planning, design and layout, architectural detailing, preparing construction documents, coordinating engineering and specifications, responding to permit comments and construction observation.  Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university and a desire to work towards becoming a registered Architect.  Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.  Excellent communication skills and highly organized. Sketchup and/or Solid Revit skills required.  Creative thinker and independent problem solver.
