Craig and Pecos Commerce Center is a multi-tenant light industrial master-planned development strategically located at the I-15 and Craig Road interchange in the industrial area in North Las Vegas. Four of the thirteen buildings are designed as restaurant/retail pads (with drive-thru capabilities) fronting along Pecos Road. The remaining nine buildings are designed for flexible light industrial uses with shared access drives located at the backs of the buildings. Buildings are grouped to provide service “courtyards” located between buildings and shielded from public view. The key design element of the buildings is flexibility. Buildings can be sub-divided into a variety of lease sizes and the interiors can accommodate varying sizes of office/warehouse layouts. Public facades of the buildings are designed to allow entry placements as needed for interior layouts and to allow individual signage for tenants. The concrete tilt-up buildings are color coded for additional tenant identity.
