The College of Southern Nevada Engelstad Health Science Building Addition is an 18,000 SF addition to an existing classroom building. We were able to deliver this project a month earlier than the client requested, and through the CMAR process with CORE construction, we were able to provide an additional 8,000 SF AND return nearly $300,000 in budget savings to the owner at project closeout.
