Mountain View Professional Park is a multi-phased development located in the Las Vegas Technology Center. The development was designed for small building users and was conceived as a “for sale” product to service the nearby medical center and hospital. The Park is comprised of 24 individual one story buildings ranging from 4,500 SF to 9,000 SF with options for combining some into larger, multi-story buildings. The plan includes highly upgraded amenities such as brick pavers, landscaped courtyards with gazebos, palm lined entry drives, enhanced monument signage and covered parking. The buildings are arranged to take advantage of the freeway frontage to the east and provide visual relief with building arranged around common landscape areas.
SH Architecture wrote the design guidelines for the development and processed the project through the Tech Park.
The prototypical Construction Documents were pre-approved by the City allowing potential buyers or tenants to by the land and a turn-key building package that was designed, engineered and permit ready. This process drastically cut approval time and the time to get a potential buyer into a semi-custom building in a very competitive market.
SH Architecture also completed the buildings and interior improvements for two medical practices located within the park.
