Our team’s mission is to produce the best value facility that exceeds the needs and expectations of the owner through Contractor and Sub-Contractor input during the design phase along with designer contribution throughout the construction of the project. Communication is the key to success in any project. Our relationship building allows our team to take full advantage of each individual’s area of expertise and experience in order to collectively provide the best value.
During the design and construction document phases the Design Team, led by the Constructor’s Project Manager works to produce design solutions based on the needs and expectations of the owner and user. During construction, the Constructor’s Project Manager works with the Design Contract Administrator to oversee and ensure that the needs and expectations of the Owner are exceeded. All phases of the work are overseen by a Design Principal-in-Charge. The Team, led by the Project Manager works with the Design Team, Constructor’s Estimator and Superintendent to improve design options, to pursue best value (value-engineering) opportunities, and develop the better performing built facilities.
