All cost estimates are presented on a whole building basis to include fees and permits, off-site improvements, utilities, site preparation, building costs, mechanical and electrical systems and FF&E expenses.
All schedules allow time for in-house document coordination and quality control, owner review, agency approval, move-in, setup and training.
All design decisions, from site selection through to materials specifications, will made with an understanding of their ability to impact cost and time of the project.

Construction Phase Project Management ensures continuity during construction.
